RCAN is grant funded nonprofit Asthma Coalition program of the American Lung Association of NYS, serving the 9 counties in the Greater Rochester/ Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York.

The mission of the coalition is to promote partnerships that improve the quality of life of those affected by asthma in the Finger Lakes Region.

The American Lung Association of NYS, Inc is the fiscal agent for the coalition. Funding for the coalition is provided by private and governmental grants.
