Excellus:

EPO, PPO and High Deductible Plans include Healthy Roads Coaching through American Specialty Health. 52 weeks of one-on-one support telephonically for 30 minutes each. Nicotine replacement kits provided after 3 sessions have been completed. Employr assistance is available for wellness programs.
Healthy Living Center:

Freedom From Smoking:

Better Breathers Club:
An educational/ support group for pulmonary patients and their families. Meetings include guest speakers, group discussion, a questionand answer period and "caring and sharing". Meetings are heald at the American Lung Association Office, 1595 Elmwood Avenue between 1-3pm on the 3rd Friday of each month. Additional groups have also started in Webster and Canandaigua.
