The RCAN “Asthma Control Resource list” was created by the RCAN Asthma Case Management Committee, and is expected to be updated again soon. Some listings include: Open Airways for Schools, Care Coordination Contacts, Insurers, Home Care Agencies, Community Agencies, County Health Departments, Helpful Asthma Websites, Allergy & Asthma Specialists, Pulmonology specialists, Durable Medical Supplies, Smoking Cessation Resources.

Asthma Resources:
Rules of Two: 3 easy non medical questions to determine if you need to talk further with your doctor about your asthma control.
Asthma Control Test (ACT): this is a 5 question survey to help you better control your asthma, produced by the American Lung Association.
Asthma Action Plan of the Finger Lakes: This is a downloadable electronic Asthma Action Plan to be completed by the physician & family. It is available free of charge through RCAN.
