I''ve had Asthma since is was 12 yrs old. I finally feel that I've learned to control my Allergies and Asthma... My first asthma attack was from laughing too hard and being exposed to my allergens. It's been a rough road learning all that is needed to manage this chronic condition. I hope to help other families dealing with this disease by sharing my experiences and pulling the community together to make changes in the way Asthma is thought about and treated in the Finger Lakes. Asthma Control is Key!
